  • tiesEnd-to-End Processing: Oversee and independently process multi-state, bi-weekly, and hourly payrolls for a workforce of ~1,300 full-time, part-time, seasonal, and contracted st
  • aff.GovCon Compliance: Utilize specific government contracting software (Deltek Costpoint, Dayforce, and/or Ceridian) to ensure accurate labor distribution and complia
  • nce.Tax & Audit Support: Assist in preparing all necessary federal and local tax filings; actively support internal and external audit reque
  • sts.System Administration: Review new hire setups, assist with the out-processing of separating employees, and calculate necessary payroll/accounting adjustments (e.g., terminatio
  • ns).Issue Resolution: Manage timesheet correction processes and proactively research and resolve payroll issues for all hourly and salaried employ

Basic Qualifica

  • tionsExperience: 10+ years of comprehensive payroll processing experi
  • ence.GovCon Expertise: 5+ years of payroll processing specifically within a government contracting environ
  • ment.Systems Knowledge: Strong, hands-on experience utilizing Deltek Costpoint, Dayforce, and/or Ceri
  • dian.Multi-State Capability: Proven track record managing multiple, complex multi-state payroll processing cy
  • cles.Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Ho
  • lder.Work Schedule: Must be able to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Bethesda, MD office 3 days a


week.
