Patient Services Coordinator I | Healthcare Clinic Opportunity

We’re looking for a Patient Services Coordinator I to support a busy healthcare clinic in Waterford, CT. If you have at least 1 year of administrative or healthcare experience and enjoy working in a patient-facing role, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced clinical environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage patient intake, registration, and front-desk activities
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits
  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism
  • Use Epic and other systems for scheduling and documentation
  • Ensure pre-visit requirements, referrals, and authorizations are completed
  • Maintain and manage work queues efficiently
  • Coordinate and organize medical records
  • Scan and manage non-clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care
  • Deliver excellent customer service in all patient interactions

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of administrative or healthcare experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with technology and healthcare systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Epic systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or related training


📍 Location: Waterford, CT- 06385

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

💵 Pay: $18 – $20/hour.
