Option 1 Staffing is seeking an experienced Patient Services Rep with excellent customer service skills to join a growing team of Healthcare Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check patients In/Out
• Answer multi-line phone and route calls
• Process registration paperwork
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Provide Doctor-Patient support
• Collect co-payments
• Answer patient questions

Qualifications:

• 2 (two)+ years of experience in a front office setting in the Healthcare field
• Experience with verification of insurance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Extremely detail oriented and professional
• Experience handling medical records a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of EPIC a plus
• Medical Terminology knowledge required
