Schedule: 3X12 hours day shift, 6:00AM-6:30PM, Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays. No on-call required.

• Facilitate safe patient transitions by assisting with specialized orthopedic positioning and mobility to prevent injury and promote early recovery.
• Enhance the patient experience by providing attentive personal care and support with daily activities, ensuring comfort during the vulnerable pre and post surgical phases.
• Safeguard patient health by vigilantly monitoring physical and emotional changes and communicating updates to the nursing team to ensure rapid response to patient needs.
• Maintain a high-standard healing environment by organizing clinical spaces and prepping medical equipment to ensure the surgical team has everything needed for seamless care.
• Ensure care continuity by documenting every step of the patient’s progress, creating a clear and accurate record that supports high quality clinical decision making.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Experience in healthcare setting
• Must maintain active BLS
• HS or GED is required
