• Guide patients safely through their facility journey, providing a warm and supportive presence during arrivals, transfers, and departures.

• Empower patients in their daily recovery by assisting with personal care and activities, preserving their dignity and comfort at every step.

• Advocate for patient well-being by monitoring physical and emotional changes, ensuring the nursing team has the real-time insights needed for high-quality care.

• Document the patient care journey with precision to maintain accurate records that support the clinical team’s decision-making.

• Cultivate a healing environment by maintaining clean, organized patient spaces and ensuring essential medical equipment is ready for immediate use.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
