Overview
The Pre Admission Registrar is responsible for obtaining demographic information and verification of eligibility, benefits and all pre cert requirements for procedures. They provide up front collection information to the registration area. They are responsible for making judgmental decisions concerning accounts in order to secure payment arrangements
Qualifications
Education: A high school diploma or GED
Experience: One year registration experience preferred; experience within a healthcare facility an asset. Experience with personal computer applications or data input terminals required; must be able to utilize a calculator and type 35 words per minute
