As aPatient Access Associate, you’re often the first point of contact during some of a patient’s most stressful and urgent situations. Whether it’s an unexpected emergency or a critical moment, you bring calm, clarity, and compassion from the very start.
Your ability to stay focused, organized, and empathetic helps patients and families feel supported—even in high-pressure situations.
💼 What You’ll Do (aka Keep Things Moving in Critical Moments)
Greet and assist patients and families with urgency and empathy
Register patients quickly and accurately during emergency visits
Verify insurance, demographics, and required documentation
Communicate clearly and compassionately in high-stress situations
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
Partner with clinical teams to maintain patient flow and efficiency

📋 Minimum Requirement
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
