A well-established mid-sized law firm is actively seeking to add a Patent Prosecution Partner to its growing intellectual property practice.

The group represents a diverse client base ranging from innovative startups to multinational corporations, and is deeply experienced in building and executing strategic patent portfolios both domestically and internationally.
What the Firm is Looking For:
• Portable business in the range of $350K – $400K+
• Strong experience in U.S. and international patent prosecution
• Background in developing strategic patent portfolios aligned with business objectives
• Ability to work closely with inventors and translate technical concepts into high-value IP assets
✔ USPTO Examiner experience is strongly valued, but not required
