Patent Litigation Associate - Computer Engineering

Redda Group has partnered with an AmLaw 200 and Top 5 intellectual property practice with a nationally recognized technology litigation group to add 5 mid‑level to senior associates for its computer hardware and software litigation team in Palo Alto, Boston, DC, or Atlanta.

Candidates must bring :

• 4+ years of substantive patent litigation experience, including hands‑on involvement in inter partes review (IPR) or other post‑grant proceedings.
• A J.D.
• A technical undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
• USPTO registration is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000–$390,000, depending on experience, skill set, and location. The firm also offers relocation assistance, a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other employee programs.
