Patent Attorney or Patent Agent - 5G/6G and WiFi - San Francisco

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a senior patent attorney or agent for its IP practice in San Francisco. This is a non-partner track position [for attorneys]. The salary range is between $160k to $300k.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications relating to wireless communications.
• Expertise with wireless communications - especially 5G/6G and WiFi applications is required; experience drafting applications for Qualcomm is preferred.
• Experience in power devices, analog circuits, medical devices, software, mechanical devices, or 3D printing is a plus.
• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
