This position is in Chatham, MA. Relocation assistance available.

Pastry Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years of kitchen leadership in an all-scratch kitchen
- Strong pastry experience
- Strong food knowledge
- Highly ambitious and enthusiastic about a culinary career
- Hard work ethic
Pastry Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage the culinary team with consistency and integrity
- Support the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe development, and conceptual direction
- Prepare pastry and garde manger complex preparations
- Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
