Job Title: Parts Business Analyst
Location: Ottumwa, IA
Compensation: $29/hour | 12-month contract | Onsite only

This is an onsite role where you’ll be at the heart of operations, managing customer orders and supporting inventory initiatives for manufactured parts. What You’ll Do:
- Process urgent orders for customer equipment needs
- Support factory inventory goals, including handling obsolete and scrap parts
- Manage receipt actions and coordinate shipping operations
- Handle drop-in orders for manufactured parts
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing orders or inventory, preferably in a manufacturing or parts environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proficiency with SAP
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and with a team
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CWIS/DNS systems
- Background in Supply Management, Business, or related field
- Experience with shipping operations or supporting inventory improvement initiatives
