What you'll do...
As a Partner Manager on the Health & Wellness team, you will report to a Team Lead - and be the lead our partnership on a specific named account. You're intellectually curious about how commerce, retail and media come together - and you're also passionate about growing brands. You'll leverage your 7+ years of experience selling digital or omni performance advertising solutions to Senior Leadership at CPG brands.
Our goal is to make Walmart the #1 destination for customers' Healthcare needs. We partner with health and wellness suppliers to provide ease and speed to the customer, expand our product assortment and elevate their experience instore and online. Simply put - we're helping our customers save money and live better.
Ideal candidates are agile and have experienced fast-paced growth environments. They're comfortable with senior leadership internally and externally - and leading group discussions. They'll bring something additive to our data-driven, solution-based Team through unique characteristics in retail, shopper marketing, or related business. Candidates will have experience in driving national marketing strategies and coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics as a Team.
Success in this position requires exceptional organizational and consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment and sometimes accept failure; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.
