Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand an existing client base across Corporate, Employment, Real Estate, or Tax practice areas
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex legal matters
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients across multiple industries
• Lead client relationship management and business development efforts
• Handle sophisticated transactional, advisory, and/or litigation matters depending on practice area
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth initiatives

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, Employment Attorney, Real Estate Attorney, or Tax Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in an applicable state bar (Ohio Bar preferred)
• Established client base with the ability to grow practice by at least 50%
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Proven track record in one or more relevant practice areas
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
