Part-Time Office Manager & Team Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Manager & Team Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and support the day-to-day experience of our team.


This is an in-office role based on Abbot Kinney in Venice, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for a total of 20 hours per week.


Pay: $28–$32/hour


This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and takes pride in keeping things running well behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

You’ll help own the day-to-day operations of our office and make sure the space is clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly.


Daily

  • Help ensure the office is clean, organized, and set up for the day
  • Unload the dishwasher, tidy the kitchen area, take out trash, receive deliveries, unpack boxes, and answer the door as needed


Twice per Week

  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Keep snacks and drinks stocked, including coffee and seltzers


Weekly / Bi-Weekly

  • Clean out the fridge on Fridays
  • Coordinate with office cleaners
  • Keep bathrooms stocked


Recurring / Monthly

  • Coordinate happy hours, team lunches, and other office events
  • Help plan for and host creator visits
  • Prepare for new hires, including ordering equipment and coordinating logistics
  • Assist with media shoots by ordering props, coordinating rentals, and arranging meals/snacks
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
