Part-Time Night Shift – Cheese Plant Milk Receiver / CIP Operator

Join our team as a Milk Receiver / CIP Operator and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards in our cheese production process. This position is perfect for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive working independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving raw milk, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities, performing quality and safety checks, and supporting overall operations in the receiving bay. You'll help ensure product integrity from the very start of the production process while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

• Receive raw milk from incoming haulers and verify compliance with company standards
• Perform antibiotic and quality testing on incoming milk
• Ensure all milk haulers follow company procedures and safety guidelines

• Wash silos and maintain cleanliness of all receiving equipment
• Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures and maintain sanitation standards
• Keep the receiving bay clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times

• Accurately complete required paperwork and production records
• Conduct product checks and document results as required
• Follow all company policies related to food safety, quality, and GMPs

• Properly label and number cheese blocks for accurate tracking
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality

• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to climb ladders and access elevated areas (milk trucks, silos, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a production and sanitation-focused environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)

• 1–2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or food processing environments

Week 1

F, Sa, Su, 2:30pm-midnight

Week 2

F, Sa, 2:30pm- Midnight

Pay

• Training pay starts at $18.80/Hour with a potential to reach $22.30/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
