Role Description

This is a part-time (15–20 hours per week) opportunity for a Growth Marketing Coordinator who is eager to build hands-on experience in performance marketing and patient recruitment within a fast-growing healthcare organization. Ideal candidate is in NYC (for social media content), however, this is not a requirement.


In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to support and execute digital campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact patient enrollment for clinical trials. You’ll gain exposure to the full marketing funnel- from ad execution and lead tracking to social media and sponsor reporting- making this an ideal position for someone looking to develop both creative and analytical marketing skills in a niche industry.


This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of your work while collaborating closely with a small, high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist with organizing and uploading creative assets for paid advertising campaigns (primarily Meta platforms)
  • Help track campaign performance metrics such as lead volume and cost-per-lead
  • Maintain campaign trackers and reporting spreadsheets
  • Support study launch preparation and marketing material updates

Social Media Execution and Management

  • Schedule and publish posts across company social media channels
  • Create simple graphics using Canva templates
  • Monitor comments and basic messages, escalating inquiries when appropriate

Support recruitment awareness initiatives and study announcements

  • Sponsor & Budget Coordination
  • Send routine performance updates and budget pacing emails to sponsors when needed
  • Help track advertising spend timelines
  • Maintain organized records of campaign start/end dates and invoicing needs

Marketing Operations Support

  • Update flyers, brochures, and digital recruitment materials
  • Assist with website content updates as directed
  • Support internal marketing dashboards and trackers

General Administrative Marketing Tasks

  • Assist with community outreach tracking
  • Provide general organizational support to improve marketing efficiency


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Social media experience 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and learning new software systems
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
  • Interest in healthcare, clinical research, or mission-driven marketing is a plus
  • Experience in Sales, with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
