Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.
Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment. Works with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores.
Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions. Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.
Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
Create and maintain documentation as requested.
Assist Inventory Technicians as requested. Participate in Inventory Audits.
Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required:
High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.
Technical Experience:
Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience.
Prefers to work in a closed-door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, phone work.)
Good computer skills.
Good math skills.
Physical Requirements
Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Visual focus such as counting, observing, etc. is required consistently.
