Main responsibilities
- Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
- Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.
- Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
- Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment. Works with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores.
- Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions. Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
- Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.
- Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation as requested.
- Assist Inventory Technicians as requested. Participate in Inventory Audits.
- Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience
- Required:
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.
- Technical Experience:
- Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience.
- Prefers to work in a closed-door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, phone work.)
- Good computer skills.
- Good math skills.
Physical Requirements
- Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Visual focus such as counting, observing, etc. is required consistently.
- Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time
