Parking Lot Crew Member

Encore Pavement Solutions (formerly Encore Striping & Sweeping) is hiring hard-working crew members.

This is hands-on, outdoor work — not a desk job. If you show up, work hard, and want to make good money, you’ll fit in here.

What You’ll Do:

• Parking lot striping (paint lines, layouts, stencils)
• Power washing & surface prep
• Sweeping lots (retail centers, Walmart, etc.)
• Sealcoating & general pavement work
• Travel to jobs (some overnight stays)

Pay & Perks:

• $20–$28/hr based on experience
• Overtime available (lots during busy season)
• Travel work + per diem
• Full Time and Part Time available

What We’re Looking For:

• Shows up on time
• Comfortable working outside
• Can lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
