What We're Looking For:
�
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ParaPro license OR associate's degree OR 2 years of study at an institution of higher education
- Completion of a Teacher Assistant Pre-Employment Training Program approved by the RI Department of Education (RIDE). Exemptions:�
- hired before January 1, 1999
- have certification as a TA in another state,
- have an associates degree or bachelors degree AND have completed coursework or other training consistent with the TA program standards
- 1 year of Behavioral experience is required
- Candidates must be comfortable with/able to manage elopement
