Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Paraplanner / New Business Processor to support our advisory team. This role is integral to the client experience, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of new client onboarding, coordinating asset transfers, and serving as a key liaison between Advisors and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end new client onboarding, including account opening and documentation processing
  • Oversee and track asset transfers, rollovers, and account funding to completion
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Advisors and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork with custodians and internal systems
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding items to ensure efficient processing and a smooth client experience
  • Assist Advisors with meeting preparation, including gathering client data and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the advisory team


Qualifications

  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 (with Series 7) license required
  • 2+ years of experience in a wealth management, RIA, or financial services environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of account types, custodial platforms, and asset transfer processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning tools is a plus
