Paraplanner – Collective Advisors (Austin, TX)

A career-launching role for the next generation of financial planners in one of America’s fastest-growing cities.

About Collective Advisors

Collective Advisors is a rapidly growing Austin-based wealth management firm focused on helping individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners make confident financial decisions and take action on the strategies that matter most in their lives.

Our team works closely with clients on investment management, retirement planning, tax strategy, and long-term wealth planning. While thoughtful financial planning is at the center of what we do, we believe the real value comes from helping clients actually implement the strategies that move their lives forward.

Collective Advisors currently has a team of seven professionals and will expand to nine this year as we continue building our presence across Austin and Central Texas. Our clients live in more than 30 states, and the firm continues to grow by attracting talented professionals and advisors who want to be part of a modern, forward-thinking advisory firm.

We are proud to be aligned with Carson Group, one of the nation’s leading RIAs. Through this partnership we gain access to industry-leading investment research, advanced technology platforms, and strategic guidance that helps our firm stay ahead of where the financial planning industry is going.

Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and yes—fun. We build genuine relationships with our clients and with each other, and we take pride in creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and building their careers.

Community involvement is a core part of who we are. Our team serves on nonprofit boards, volunteers quarterly with local organizations, participates in the Financial Planning Association, hosts community events, and regularly lectures at the University of Texas on financial planning and financial literacy.
