How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead Critical Life-Saving Actions Take command of emergency scenes by rapidly assessing high-pressure situations and executing decisive advanced life-support plans to stabilize patients when every second counts.

• Deliver High-Intensity Clinical Care Masterfully utilize advanced medical technology and pharmacology to bridge the gap between the scene and the hospital ensuring the highest level of care during the golden hour of transport.

• Champion Seamless Care Transitions Act as a vital link in the clinical chain by meticulously monitoring patient vitals and providing real-time high-fidelity updates to the RN and receiving team to ensure a safe handoff.

• Ensure Patient Safety and Comfort Protect the physical and emotional well-being of those in your care by managing complex mobilizations with expert technical skill and a reassuring human presence during their most vulnerable moments.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Paramedic credentialed from the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Division obtained
  prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
