Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, reports, and client correspondence
- Perform legal research and summarize findings clearly for attorneys
- Prepare exhibits, chronologies, document summaries, and hearing/trial prep materials
- E-file in state and federal courts; coordinate with courts on filings and scheduling
- Organize and maintain electronic case files to firm/client guidelines
- Track deadlines, manage calendars/dockets, and help ensure nothing slips
- Support client reporting requirements and litigation document organization
- Reconcile attorney expenses and coordinate with accounting for proper billing
- Occasionally assist with travel/logistics and other high-level administrative support
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm or litigation environment
- Strong understanding of court procedures and e-filing systems (state + federal)
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Able to handle substantive work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: paralegal certificate
- Preferred: insurance coverage and or insurance defense litigation experience
