Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents
- Communicate with clients, attorneys and court staff
- Keep case files organized and up-to-date
- Help attorneys prepare for hearings and trials
- Manage files from start to finish
What The Firm is Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm
- At least 2 years of Personal Injury experience
- Knowledge of state & federal court rules
- Able to handle multiple cases & meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must be able to work in the office in Clifton, NJ
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
