Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Paralegal role based in Manhattan, NY, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing client engagement and retention, prepare request for documents and responses, conduct legal research, reviewing case materials, and managing case files. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders and ensuring timely handling of case-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to draft legal documents
• Strong Communication skills for client and team interactions
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with experience and range from $65,000-$75,000 per year with discretionary bonuses paid every year. 401(k) contributions will occur after the first full year of employment.
