Qualifications:
3+ years in Municipal or Commercial Litigation as well as some Transactional Law (Business Entity Formations, General Corporate Law, Municipal Law, Real Estate Transactions, etc.)
Knowledge of both federal and state court e-filing
Strong attention to detail, intelligent, and strong writing skills
