Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-time, W2

Compensation Range: $76,000 to $160,000 DOE

Schedule: Hybrid work environment, typically three days onsite and two days work-from-home, depending on business needs.




LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Am Law-ranked firm in search of an experienced Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal for a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of three days onsite in Boca Raton.



This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable T&E paralegal who enjoys hands-on work and wants to make an immediate impact within a busy private client practice. We're looking for someone with recent, tenured experience in Florida trust and estate administration who can hit the ground running across all aspects of estate and trust administration.




Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration from start to finish
  • Assist in preparing state and federal fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041)
  • Assist with state and federal estate and gift tax returns (Forms 706 and 709)
  • Prepare probate and trust administration documents for filing
  • Track deadlines and manage multiple matters with precision
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys while maintaining strict confidentiality




Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recent and tenured paralegal experience in FL estate administration (high-net-worth estates preferred)
  • A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. JD candidates with relevant paralegal experience will also be considered. Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation preferred, but not required.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with fiduciary accountings, estate, and gift tax returns
  • Strong time management, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional client service and clear written/verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail with excellent proofreading.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and estate administration software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Boca Raton a minimum of three days/week.




Typical Benefits:
