Support day‑to‑day litigation and investigation matters, including document management and coordination with internal teams and outside counsel
Administer legal holds, including their issuance, tracking, and release
Assist with data preservation and collection in support of litigation, investigations, and insider‑threat matters
Operate eDiscovery platforms and tools, including matter setup, data organization, running searches, data transfers to outside counsel, and production support
Help manage ongoing legal programs such as document retention and open-source governance, and DMCA takedowns
Maintain accurate matter records, logs, and documentation
Coordinate with IT, Compliance, Security, and HR to ensure consistent execution of legal processes
Completing other administrative duties as necessary
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience
1–3 years of experience in a paralegal, litigation support, or related role
Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and tools
Working knowledge of legal holds, document management, and data preservation concepts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an in‑house legal department (law firm experience also considered)
Exposure to technology companies or data‑intensive environments
Familiarity with document retention programs, open-source compliance, or compliance‑driven workflows
