About the Firm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join a growing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex and high-impact matters while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management from inception through resolution
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Organize and maintain case files, records, and legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations
• Coordinate filings in state and federal courts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred
• Experience in litigation, real estate, personal injury, employment law, civil litigation, or related practice areas preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$70,000 – $100,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
