We are seeking a skilled Finisher II to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble mechanical units, prepare and finish components, and support production operations with accuracy and attention to detail. This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to work with tools, follow blueprints, and assist with material movement.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble mechanical units to close tolerances with high precision.
  • Use standard tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, nut drivers, cutters, etc.
  • Assist with building engineering prototypes and provide feedback for documentation improvements.
  • Load, unload, lift, and position materials using overhead cranes, jibs, carts, or forklifts (if certified).
  • Prepare surfaces and apply paints, lacquers, or enamels; adjust paint consistency and equipment.
  • Hang and remove parts from paint lines.
  • Scan work orders and product serial tags to access blueprints and production information.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Support other duties as required.
What You Need
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Up to 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent training.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written directions.
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in other departments.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with team members across the plant.
  • Ability to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and with quality.
