Location:Green Bay, WI

Schedule:Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Pay:$21–$28 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑orientedDoor Painterfor ashort‑term, one‑month assignmentin Green Bay. This role involves prepping, sanding, and painting doors using rollers and brushes. Ideal for someone with painting, carpentry, or general labor experience who wants steady daytime hours for a limited project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doors by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Repair minor imperfections and remove hardware as needed before painting.
• Apply primers, sealers, and finish coats using rollers and brushes for smooth, even coverage.
• Follow proper drying times, coating techniques, and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous painting, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to sand, prep, and paint surfaces with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand tools, rollers, and brushes.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
