We are currently hiring an experienced PPF Installer who takes pride in delivering elite-quality work and wants to operate in a shop designed for high-performance production.
What You’ll Do
- Apply paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles at an expert level across hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, and full-body applications
- Execute installations with precision—cutting, trimming, shaping, and finishing for a seamless result
- Perform quality control checks and ensure finished installs meet strict workmanship standards
- Work across a range of vehicles, including daily drivers, luxury, and exotic models
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly care for tools and materials
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to standard
- Interact with clients professionally when needed, delivering a high-end customer experience
What You Bring
Must-Have Requirements
- 2+ years of professional PPF installation experience with a proven record of high-quality installs
- Hands-on experience installing PPF on vehicles (not glass film or signage vinyl)
- Consistent install volume (regular/daily installs—not occasional or add-on work)
- Ability to perform installs with exceptional attention to detail and minimal defects
- Strong understanding of wet install techniques, edge finishing, and film handling
- Willingness to remove and redo work if quality is not up to standard
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles
- Exposure to complex installs (curves, edges, intricate panels)
- Familiarity with PPF cutting software (DAP, Core, or similar) or plotter use
- Experience with vinyl wrap installation (in addition to PPF)
- Experience using XPEL materials

Compensation
