Paint Line Production Helpers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Paint Line Production Helpers to join their team. As a Paint Line Production Helper, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the painting and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Paint Line Production Helpers

Location: West Bend, WI

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour 

Shift: First Shift Mon-Friday 5am-1:30pm 

What's the Job?

• Load and unload parts from the paint line to ensure smooth production flow
• Assist with assembly tasks, including deck assembly and racking finished parts
• Inspect coated parts for quality and thickness using approved gauges
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and report any quality concerns to supervisors

What's Needed?

• Prior paint or coating experience is preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong basic math skills and good finger and hand dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation
