Summary
Join a well-established Pain Medicine practice with a collaborative team of two physicians and four advanced practice providers, supported by dedicated pain pharmacy, nursing, and scheduling staff. The department emphasizes multimodal pain management in an outpatient interventional and clinic-based practice. This position offers a true no-call structure with no weekends or holidays, providing exceptional work–life balance.

Full-time | M-F | Onsite St. Cloud, Minnesota
Days-7-3pm (Procedure Days) and 8-4:30pm (Clinic Days)

Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $475,000 - $640,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Department Information
The Pain Medicine Department provides multidisciplinary care for patients with a broad range of conditions, including chronic low back and neck pain, radiculopathy and neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, post-laminectomy syndrome, complex regional pain syndrome, cancer-related pain, vertebral compression fractures, and lumbar spinal stenosis.
Common procedures include epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections and medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve blocks, basivertebral nerve ablation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, and kyphoplasty. Care is supported by state-of-the-art resources, including fluoroscopy suites with C-arm technology, in-clinic ultrasound, hospital operating rooms, and ambulatory surgery center access.
