We're partnering with a leading independent agency that works with some of the most influential names in fashion and lifestyle. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead performance marketing activity for a flagship fashion account.

The Role
As Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple digital channels, driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, internal channel specialists, and creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy and execution for a major fashion client.
- Manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, and emerging digital channels.
- Oversee campaign planning, budget allocation, forecasting, and performance optimisation.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
- Deliver strategic recommendations based on data, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and planning teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Present campaign results, insights, and growth opportunities to clients and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Media.
- Strong experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Previous agency experience managing large client accounts.
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, retail, or ecommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of attribution, measurement, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing significant media budgets.
- Proficiency with platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, SA360, and GA4.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with global fashion or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of retail media networks and ecommerce marketing strategies.
- Experience managing junior team members or mentoring colleagues.
- Familiarity with advanced measurement and incrementality testing frameworks.
