RushOrderTees is one of the fastest-growing custom apparel companies in the country, helping businesses, organizations, schools, events, and creators bring their ideas to life through custom apparel and promotional products. What started in Philadelphia has grown into a nationally recognized ecommerce brand known for speed, quality, innovation, and exceptional customer experience.
Our marketing team plays a critical role in that growth. We move fast, test constantly, and use data to drive smart decisions that fuel customer acquisition and long-term brand growth. As a Paid Ads Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative, performance-driven team where your insights and optimizations will have a direct impact on revenue and growth across multiple digital channels.
About the Role
We're an in-house team running paid media across several owned brands, and our Director of Paid Advertising needs a dedicated right hand to keep the machine running day-to-day. This is a hands-on execution role — you'll be the person inside the ad accounts, taking direction, pulling levers, making the small adjustments that compound into big results, and keeping our campaigns clean, organized, and performing.
Your job is to take direction and execute it consistently, accurately, and quickly — across all the brands — so nothing falls through the cracks.
If you love being inside ad platforms all day, get satisfaction from a growing account and a well-organized spreadsheet — you're going to enjoy this role.
What You'll Actually Do
- Adjust campaign and ad set budgets based on direction from the Director
- Add and remove negative keywords across Google and Microsoft Ads accounts
- Write and upload new ad copy when needed (responsive search ads, Meta primary text, headlines, descriptions)
- Build out new campaigns, ad groups, ad sets, and ads as directed
- Add new keywords and update keyword lists
- Monitor split tests in-flight and report what's happening
- Check daily, weekly, and monthly stats across accounts and flag anomalies
- Maintain reporting spreadsheets — keeping data current, accurate, and easy to read
- Take calls with Google, Microsoft, and Meta reps when the Director can't
- Handle the small recurring tasks that get skipped when the Director is in strategy mode
- Own at least one ad platform account for all brands, and work on improving it.
What We're Looking For
- **Min 3–4+ years of hands-on paid media experience.** You should already be comfortable navigating ad platforms without hand-holding.
- **Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (MSN/Bing), and Meta Ads.** All three. You don't need to be an expert — you need to be fluent enough that you can be told "set up a new campaign with X, Y, Z" and execute without us teaching you the interface.
- **Detail-oriented.** Typos in ad copy, misallocated budgets, and broken UTMs are the things this role is supposed to prevent — not cause.
- **Comfortable in spreadsheets.** Pivot tables, basic formulas, clean formatting.
- **Takes direction well.** This is a task-driven role. The right person sees that as a feature, not a limitation.
- **Sponge for self learning.** You constantly keep up with the industry, know when things change before anyone else, and test things on your own.

Why This Role Is a Great Spot
- You get exposure to **big ad spend budgets** across multiple in-house brands — far more than most analyst roles
- You'll work directly with an expert level paid ads leader with over 25+ years experience in online advertising and direct response, to help you learn how paid advertising actually works. No guru garbage here.
- Clear scope, clear expectations, no ambiguity about what success looks like
