As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products into boxes. This role requires counting the correct amount to be packed, weighing boxes to ensure accuracy, and performing quality checks to ensure labels are correctly applied and free from bubbles, misprints, or incorrect expiration dates. The job is fast-paced, requiring you to stand throughout the entire shift and maintain line speed.

Work Environment
The work environment is very fast-paced, requiring you to stand for the entire shift. You will be given a locker on the first day to store personal items, and you may carry a clear bag containing a calculator, knife, swipe card, and pen. The role is based at the corporate headquarters in the manufacturing location. The third shift is smaller and quieter, requiring a high degree of independence as it is supervised by only one supervisor.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr.
