This position is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and shipping quality brushes and rollers in accordance with standard efficiency and safety procedures.

Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am

Shift Differential: $1.00/hour

Training on day Shift 6:00am - 6:00pm approximately 2-4 weeks

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.   • Operate packaging equipment including but not limited to, baggers, drop sealers, and zip sealers
  • Pack rollers according to work orders utilizing various packaging materials such as plastic bags, boxes, etc.
  • Read and follow instructions in all areas of the production floor, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, & receiving, etc.
  • Monitor quality of product in manufacturing and packaging areas
  • Use computers to enter data for work associated tasks
  • Participating in housekeeping activities that is a reflection of a safe and clutter free work environment
  • Continuously advocating and practicing the principals of the safety program
  • Participating in the site safety committee meetings and activities
  • Performing other job related duties as assigned
