Requirements to Apply

  • BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
  • At least 1 year working with geriatric populations
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred

  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience

Job Overview

This full-time Clinical Services Manager role provides leadership across a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) clinic and home care program, supporting adults 65+ in a highly coordinated, interdisciplinary care model. The RN leader oversees daily nursing operations, staff performance, and clinical quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong patient outcomes.
