This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner's Representative/Project Manager based in Delray Beach, FL. The position entails overseeing residential construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring project goals are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards, and addressing project challenges. The role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills to successfully deliver high-quality results.

• Project Management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, local codes, and safety regulations
• Team coordination and leadership abilities to manage contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control during construction phases
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred
• Prior experience in residential construction, specifically high-end or custom homes, is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with South Florida building codes and climatic considerations is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits
