Overnight Picker Packer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking an Overnight Picker Packer to join their team. As an Overnight Picker Packer, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Overnight Picker Packer

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $16.25/hr

Shift: Night shift, 8-hour shifts from 11:50 pm to 8:20 am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Packing plastic containers (such as bottles) into boxes, ensuring correct labeling, sealing, and stacking
• Monitoring materials and performing quality checks for defects
• Assembling boxes and placing finished products into them, aligning, taping, and sealing
• Restocking packaging supplies like boxes and labels to maintain workflow
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Basic math and computer skills for monitoring and recording production data
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, and kneel in a loud, temperature-fluctuating environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime and participate in training programs
• Ability to learn machine operations quickly and efficiently
