Overnight CNA/PCA Chester, VA

Always Best Care is seeking an Overnight CNA/PCA to provide compassionate care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for an overnight client in Chester, VA The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client overnight.
• Provide companionship and emotional support during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification preferred.
• Experience with overnight care and performing ADLs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during overnight shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Chester, VA location.
