Your Mission
As an Outsource Supervisor, Implementation, you will ensureWorld of Warcraft CharacterArtassets,such asweapons,armor,creatures,pets,mounts, and more,willtransitioninto game-ready assets!
You will collaborate with the internal teams and external partners to execute deadlines with quality.You have a passion forWarcraftandlow-poly hand-painted art!
You haveacuteattention to detail forartisticstandards,technicalbenchmarks, andproductionpracticesasassets arepreparedfor in-game.You will have a strong understanding of filemanagement, 3D and 2D software,non-proprietary tools and gameengines,production tools,andexperience with character art, skinning, animation, materials, and FX.
As art leaves the Character Team, it isimportantthat we have clean assets andstrong communicationwith our downstream teams, such as Rigging, Animation, FX, Marketing, and Design.You willbe responsible forsupervising assets that requireadditionaldetails before implementation, such as texture/model cleanup, minor FX/animation/skinning, and the fitting of armor to the variety of player races in World of Warcraft.You will uphold documentation andmaintainthat training isin syncwith our pipeline and workflows.
This role isanticipatedto be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA. However, we understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore otherpossible options, including remote work arrangements.

MinimumRequirements
Experience
5+yearsof experience as a3D Artist
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
3DSMax, Photoshop, or equivalent software
Production Experience with JIRA, FLOW, Excel
Character Art –model,texture,rig,animation,material,andFX
Managinggame-readyassetsand files
Experience with gameenginesandtools
Collaboration across largeand varyingteams

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
