Here is what you will be doing on a daily and weekly basis:

· Identify sales targets by making phone calls, door knocking and sending emails to prospective clients

· Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Great! If you enjoy social media and marketing, even better!

· Use your creativity to schedule appointments with prospects, communicate with lost accounts to try and get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.

· Assist and manage marketing vendors and collaborate on company's digital presence.

· Hit weekly and monthly sales metrics/goals in efforts to schedule qualified appointments for the Sales team.

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers

· Maintain call and email quality expectations

· Manage and update the CRM database

· Shadow experienced Sales Executives and learn the industry from the ground up

· Build a pipeline, while getting full training on the job


Requirements:

· 3 years outbound sales prospecting experience preferred but will train the right candidate

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Experience with CRM platforms (preferred)

· Highly organized and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals

· Excellent communication skills

· Salesforce experience helpful


City Wide offers an attractive compensation package including:

· Salary of $55-60K plus commission (full compensation $85,000 - $99,000 year 1)
