Outside Sales Representative – Packaging Equipment & Disposables

Our client is a respected, old‑line packaging company seeking strong Outside Sales Representatives to drive growth across key territories. This individual will sell packaging equipment and disposable packaging solutions into the Agriculture, Food Processing, and Medical Manufacturing markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, motivated sales professional with packaging or automation experience who wants to be mentored and developed for long‑term success.

Upper Midwest: Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Gary IN

Southeast: North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts within assigned territory
• Sell packaging equipment, automation solutions, and disposable packaging products
• Call on Ag, Food Processing, and Medical Manufacturing customers
• Manage a multi‑state territory with significant customer-facing time

Qualifications

• Experience selling packaging equipment or automation equipment
• Experience calling on Ag, Food Processing, or Medical Manufacturing accounts
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to manage a complex sales cycle
• Ability to travel overnight up to 60% of the time
• Distributor‑side experience is a plus; the company will mentor the right sharp, driven rep

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000–$125,000 + Commissions, Car program, Full benefits package
