Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, relationship‑driven Outside Sales Executive to drive new business development across commercial print and signage solutions.

This is a field-based hunter role responsible for sourcing and developing net-new client relationships within industries including:

  • Real Estate
  • Retail
  • Financial Services
  • Corporate Offices

Success in this role depends on an individual’s existing professional network and ability to generate trust-based business relationships, rather than traditional tenure or inside sales experience.

Candidates must be comfortable independently prospecting new business opportunities in-market and developing long-term client partnerships within a relationship-based sales cycle.


This is a fully commission-driven outside sales role with optional draw available during onboarding.


Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling one or more of the following: Commercial Print, Point of Purchase (POP) Displays, Signage, Marketing Collateral, Wide Format Printing, Environmental Graphics, or Custom Fabrication / Production Services
  • Demonstrated ability to generate net‑new business independently, prospect through networking, relationship development, or in‑person outreach, sell customized production‑based solutions where the final product is created post‑sale
  • Have an existing professional network that can be leveraged to introduce print or POP services into new accounts
  • Experience managing a consultative sales process where deliverables are customized
  • Production timelines are critical, client trust impacts purchasing decisions,
  • Willingness to work in a commission‑driven compensation structure with optional draw during ramp period
  • Comfortable working in a field‑based sales environment with majority of time spent prospecting and meeting clients


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior outside sales experience in Commercial Print Production, POP Display Manufacturing, Signage or Environmental Graphics and/or Marketing Services
  • Ideal candidate would have experience in or existing relationships within Retail organizations, Real Estate firms, Financial Institutions, Corporate marketing departments or businesses that regularly purchase printed marketing materials or POP displays
  • Experience upselling across multiple production capabilities (ex: signage + collateral + retail displays)
  • Familiarity with print quoting workflows, custom production timelines and job profitability considerations


Compensation Structure

This role operates on a commission-based compensation model.


Earnings are directly tied to individual performance and business development. An optional draw against future commissions may be available during the initial ramp-up period.


This position does not offer a fixed base salary and is best suited for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
