Outside Sales Representative – Homer / Kenai, Alaska
Base + Incentives | Full-Time | Field Sales
Are you energetic, personable, and driven by building relationships and closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a defined territory in the Homer/Kenai area and help grow an established portfolio while developing new business.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory
Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts
Identify customer needs and recommend products and promotional opportunities
Prepare quotes, coordinate delivery timelines, and support ongoing service needs
Participate in tastings, promotions, and special events (some nights/weekends)
Work closely with experienced team members to grow product and market knowledge
Troubleshoot customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Sales-driven personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Comfortable meeting customers in person and asking for the sale
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
Preferred (Bonus, Not Required)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Prior experience in sales, especially beverage, hospitality, or consumer products
Knowledge of wine, spirits, or beer products
Industry certifications (a plus, not required)
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $44–48K DOQ
Total earning potential $48K–$60K+ with incentives
