- We are hiring a high-performing Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to meet homeowners face-to-face, evaluate properties, negotiate win-win solutions, and secure signed purchase agreements .We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to engage directly with homeowners. This role involves in-person property evaluation, skillful negotiation to establish mutually beneficial agreements, and the successful execution of signed purchase contracts.
- This role is 100% remote, but applicants must permanently reside within daily commuting distance of Boise, ID.
- You are a proven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- You know how to build rapport quickly, control a conversation, and qualify motivated prospects in-person and over the phone.
- You focus on meeting homeowners, solving problems, and closing contracts.
- We provide all leads. No cold calling. No door knocking. No self-generated prospecting required.
What You Will Do
- Meet with motivated seller leads provided by our Lead Manager’s team.
- Conduct in-home property evaluations throughout Boise and the surrounding areas.
- Build trust and uncover seller motivations.
- Present purchase options and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze property conditions and investment potential.
- Follow up consistently to convert warm leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and contract goals.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or commission-based sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable discussing finances and property value.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Competitive mindset with high accountability.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships.
- Sales training experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required)
- Permanent U.S. residency (required)
Compensation & Incentives
- $100K+ OTE (Base + Commission)
- $20,000 bonus if you close $300,000 in revenue within your first 6 months
- Uncapped commissions
